Leila Mary Pimadzewin Twenish

Of Kitigan Zibi, passed away in Montreal, on April 11th, 2025, at the age of 24. She was the daughter of John Twenish lll and Brigitte Wawatie.

Leila’s life will be forever remembered by her siblings: Alicia, Cyrianne, Migwuhn, Aanjeni, Miskomin, Kekens, Onimikii, and Dylhyla. She will be missed by her stepfather Eric Hermeston, as well as her stepmother Pamela Decontie. Leila Memories of her life will be forever lived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, grandparents, and many friends.

Leila’s wake started Saturday April 19th 2025 and It will continue all day Sunday for everyone. There will be a final feast Monday April 21st, 2025 at 11am and then her casket will close at 2pm so she can make her journey to the spirit world.
