It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear loved one Alice Côté.

She was born on July 18, 1942, and passed away peacefully at the CISSSO Maniwaki Hospital palliative care unit on March 7, 2024, surrounded by her family. She was adopted by her predeceased parent Michel Côté and Amanda Brazeau.

She leaves behind her daughters Judy Ottawa (Dean Tolley) and Dale Ottawa Brennan (Larry Brennan). She had two granddaughters Crystal Marie Chabot (Mario Cayer), and Tara Decontie (Jon Côté). She was a great-grandmother of Keisha and Avery Perrin, Trenton Ucher, Kaid, Kaya and Naya Chabot and Niigan Memphis Kohoko. She was a great, great-grandmother to twins Kielaynah and Nakoah Ottawa. She was the sister of Sandra Leblanc (Jean Leblanc) and had predeceased siblings. She had many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A special thank you goes out to Dr. Mendoza, Dr. Alvarez, all the nurses, and special support workers who assisted in her end-of-life care.

To her spiritual family of Jehovah witnesses, and the visitors who came to see her. Thank you to the Maniwaki Friendship Center for providing us with respite services.

In respect to her wishes she will be cremated, a funeral service, will be conducted at a later date followed by a burial meal.
