Of Kazabazua, passed away peacefully with his loved ones by his side, April 11, 2024, at the age of 72. Son of the late Raphaël Noël and the late Inez Flannery. Beloved husband of Ann Vanasse. Loving father to his two daughters: Lana (Todd), and Amanda (Dan). Caring Poppa of Emma, Connor, Avery, Leah, and Kelsey (Caleb). Dear brother of Rick (Nancy), and Lynn (Jean). He was predeceased by his late sister Lois. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, and friends.

Funeral service will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Kazabazua, followed by the interment at the Mount Carmel cemetery. The date is yet to be confirmed.
