Of Kitigan Zibi, passed away March 21, 2017 at the Maniwaki Hospital, at the age of 95.  Beloved wife of the late Lorenzo Major. Loving mother of the late Romeo, Antony (Jennifer Ray), Patricia (Everett Monaghan), Raymond, Lise, Diane, Lyne (Marc Renaud) and Suzanne (Patrice Harbour). Dear grandmother of Natalie, Pierre (Manon), the late Mario, Nancy (Simon), Ann (François), the late Brenda, Mark (Colette), Debbie (Duane), Marc-Antoine, Sebastien (Audrey) and Daphné (Jeremy). Great-grandmother of Codey, Katia, Yanick, Stephanie, Mathew, Amanda (Steven), Amy, Holly and Lorelaï, great-great grand-mother of Savannah. Also survived by many nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins and friends. Predeceased by her brothers and sisters; Ernest, Russell, Sam, Michael, Mary-Louise and Sarah. Funeral service will be celebrated at the Holy Rosary Church of Kitigan Zibi, Saturday May 20^th, 2017, at 11 am followed by a native ceremony at the Kitigan Zibi’s cemetery. In lieu of flowers a donation to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
