“An angel touched her, then she slept”

Krystyna Borowska has passed away unexpectedly and much too soon at her home in Maniwaki. She was born to Polish immigrants and grew up among family and friends in Edmonton, Alberta before setting out on her journeys through life and across Canada to Ontario and to her home of recent years in Quebec.

She will be remembered by family in Canada and Poland. Krystyna is survived by her mother Stefania, her daughter Karen (Eric), her brothers Henry (Alicja) and Walter, and by her niece Rachel (Meghan), and nephew Ryan . Her father, Frank Borowski , who she loved dearly , predeceased her in 1975.

Krystyna will be interred near other family members at Holy Cross Cemetery in Edmonton during a private ceremony.
